Coverage is provided by the applicable shipping/insurance provider, not Diecast Markets.
Stallion Express is the intended shipping-label provider. Checkout does not offer shipping protection, a protection price, or a Highly recommended badge until a label provider integration can send a protection election the server controls and return a quoted protection cost.
No shipping-protection provider is appointed. This page does not set coverage limits, exclusions, claim guarantees, or reimbursement timelines.
Claims
No shipping-protection provider is appointed. Diecast Markets does not file or decide a coverage claim. Keep the order number, tracking number, carrier, ship-to address, and shipment record. Reimbursement is not promised.

Refunds and cancellation
No shipping-protection provider refund policy is configured. A marketplace payment refund, when one is issued, reverses money the buyer paid through Stripe. It is not a coverage decision, and reimbursement is not promised.
Seller shipping standard
Shipping protection does not replace the Diecast Markets Seller Shipping Standard.

- Use valid tracking
- Ship to the order address
- Meet the shipping deadline
- Retain required evidence
- Obtain carrier acceptance where required
Following the shipping standard protects the seller during disputes and claims.
